First Man of Steel
The first David Ward Man of Steel was won by  Leading Hand Karl Reinholdt of the Cardiff Blue Dragons RL.

Karl beat of compertintion from Gdsm Tino Williams and Cpl Andy Daw to with the best Man of the Match selcted during the three games played during the Rememberance Day festival.

The award is named after AFRL and North Wales Buccaneers playe, Dave Ward who suddenly passed away in October 2023.
